MOVING AN EXISTING WORLD
Already using free hosting? You can move your world.
Paid hosting uses different servers from free hosting. We don't have an automatic transfer tool yet, so you'll need to download your files and upload them to the new server. If you get stuck, contact us and we'll help.
We want to add automatic transfers in the future. For now, please back up your world before moving anything.

A few things worth knowing.
We want you to know the limits before you start.
Is there a server limit in the free pool?
You can create multiple free servers as long as their total resources fit inside your pool. Availability and usage rules still apply.
Can I configure how much each free server uses?
Yes. Choose how much RAM, CPU and storage each server gets. The total must stay inside your pool.
Do I need credits on the free plan?
Yes. You earn them by completing tasks in the rewards programme. Automatic renewal is enabled by default and uses credits when your balance is sufficient.
Does paying guarantee uninterrupted service?
No. We operate self-hosted infrastructure and don't offer a 100% uptime guarantee. Check service status and back up your worlds.
Can I transfer my free server to paid hosting automatically?
Not yet. Download the files from your free server, then upload them to the paid one. If you need help, contact us.
